This independent two-level villa hosts up to 7 guests and combines relaxation, greenery and immersive hospitality within a unique urban setting. On the upper floor, a suspended catamaran-style net creates an unconventional relaxation area designed for reading, resting or simply disconnecting from the rhythm of the city. Surrounded by greenery, fruit trees and shaded outdoor spaces, the property welcomes birds and parrots that regularly gather in the garden.

Scene A · The Floating Catamaran Net
The net is strung level with the bed, under whitewashed rafters. You climb in to read and come down much later.
Scene B · The Orange-Scented Barbecue
The brick barbecue sits under the orange tree, the long table three steps away. In summer the kitchen moves outside.
Scene C · The Glazed Door onto the Garden
White armchairs and pale gravel beyond the glass. The patio stays in view with the door shut.
Scene D · The Light-Filled Dining Room
Six places under a cluster of bare bulbs, terracotta below and pale beams above. The palms behind the table keep some garden indoors.
Scene E · The En-Suite Bedroom
The private bathroom on one side, the dining area on the other. A gilded mirror over a dark cabinet, and terracotta up to the threshold.
Scene F · The Living Room with Fireplace
Brick painted white around the hearth. On the wall beside it, a world map on timber boards, and a wrought-iron sun above the mantel.
Scene G · The Wide Garden and Outdoor Kitchen
White sofas under the sail, the tree doing the rest of the shade. The French doors stay open and the living room carries on outside.
